- Mixing and Preparation Tank- The mixing and preparation tanks are widely used in the food and beverage industries which is mainly used for the mixing and preparation of the different kinds of products, such as the fruit juice, paste, sauce and etc.
- Sugar-Melting Tank- is mainly used for high-speed solution to dissolve sugar, coconut milk also applies to the fine, the quantitative starch and other additives, such as powdered or granular materials dissolved. While playing dissolution, heating and so on. Dissolution speed, high efficiency, is one of the necessary equipment for the food and beverage production. - Homogenizer- widely used in the production of fruit juice drinks, dairy products, cosmetic products and medicine products. It is used for making the liquid products to be high pressed and refined to produce the more mixed and well-proportioned products.
- Vacuum Deaerator is also called degassing pot, mainly used in degassing the fruit juice in vacuum to prevent the oxidization and turning brown, at the same time, removing the gas attaching to the suspended particulates, stopping the particles upping, improving the looking, reducing bubbles in high temperature sterilizing and filling, and reducing the corrosion. Degasser can also be used in producing liquid milk, and beverage contenting milk.
- Bottle rising, filling and capping monoblock- The washing, filling and capping machine is mainly used in hot filling of tea and fruit juice drink. The machine integrates washing, filling, capping together. The design is scientific and reasonable. Its appearance is beautiful. Its operation and maintenance is convenient. The automation is high. The machine adopts block bottle-neck hanging work state design, and filling valve rise-drop design. It's adopt man-machine interface touch-screen, PLC, transducer etc. The drink material parts adopt the SUS304 stainless steel.
