Key process of the apple processing line

1. Discharge platform
A fresh apple arrives, usually by a big truck, and it would be very difficult to unload it by one person. Therefore, we designed the unloading platform to unload the fresh apples from the truck using water cannons, while the fresh apples are transported to the processing line with water. And the unloading platform has a function to pre-wash fresh apples before processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to delivery fresh apple from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Before remove the peels and seeds of fresh apple, need to washing fresh fruit carefully. For washing we can use bubble washing machine and brush & spray washing machine together. If the washing requirement is high, more stages of washing can be added. Also, for better cleaning effect, we can add ultrasonic cleaning and ozone cleaning.
4. Sorting
After washing, the surface of apple is clean, we can check the situation of all the fruit by human eye, and sort out the bad apples by human.
5. Crushing
GFM-FC series crusher has most advanced working principle, higher accuracy of manufacture and best crushing functions. It is mainly used for crushing of many kinds of fruits or vegetables, for example: tomato, apple, pear, strawberry, celery, etc. it can rush the raw materials into small particles, which could increase the working effect of next processing section.The machine is composed of feed hopper, side cover, frame, principal axis, bearing block, motor, motor structure, outlet hopper etc.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Belt type juice extractor
The belt press manufactured by Guofeng Company for reference to foreign advanced technology is a high-efficiency and large-scale press, which can increase the juice output during the processing of fruit juice or vegetable juice. For pressing fruits and vegetables, such as apples, pears, etc. The juice yield is over 70%. Energy saving and automatic control.
9. Sterilizing
For apple pulp puree/ apple paste, we use tube in tube type sterilizer for sterilizing. The sterilizing temperature and holding time is adjustable. With this machine we will heat the product to a very high temperature around 115℃ holding for 30s and then cooling to ambient temperature immediately. Like this way also can protect the tastes and nutrients of apple pulp puree or apple paste concentrate as much as possible. The whole system adopts programmable control. The operating system adopts the image man-machine interface, which is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
Aseptic filling machines are used in conjunction with tube-in-tube sterilizers. This is a closed loop. The cycle is fully sterilized before production to ensure a sterile environment. And the filling cavity is also protected by steam to ensure that the filling environment is also sterile. Security - Provides multiple security methods. Mirror welding technology is adopted to ensure clean and smooth welds. Separate control panel. Sterilizers offer CIP and automatic SIP. Easy to adjust to fit different sterile bag volumes and sizes.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the apple sauce or ketchup.
